Terms and Conditions

    Below booking conditions will apply on all bookings made by www.Cars4airport.com .

    • Prices are base on passengers being ready to travel at the booking time.
    • All fares Quoted are for point to point and any diversions stopover will be charged at £5 with fare quoted.
    • All Cash fares are paid to the driver at the end of your journey.
    • Credit card payments should be made at the time of booking unless passenger orted cash payment mode or booking via telephone.
    • Our saloon & estate cars are insured for hire and reward for a maximum of 4 passengers only.
    • Normal luggage assumes that 1 medium size of suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggag {56cm (h), 45cm( w), 25cm (D)} (approximately 22 inches x17.5 inches x9.85 inches). Per person, any luggage that our private hire vehicles cannot accommodate is the responsibility of the passenger.
    • We reserve the right to refuse any passenger and our services if their items of luggage are extremely excess and deemed as unsafe for the vehicle on the road.
    • There are seasonal 50% surcharges on our prices on specific dates only these are 24th to 26th of December and 1st of January of every year.
    • All the airports pick up. The driver will be at the pickup point at the time of the bookings.  After an hour of it will be included the waiting charge 25p per minutes on top of the Airports car park charge.

    Cancellation

    • Cars 4 airport will accept any cancellation as long as 24 hours notice is provided. There will be a £7 administration charge. All cancellations must be made via an email to which you will receive confirmation by us.
    • If you do not receive a confirmation of cancellation E-mail from Cars 4 airport then Cars 4 Airport has not received any cancellation request from passengers. In this case please call us on 02086467000 or 07765267000 we open 24/7.

    Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

    • No refund will be made if the passenger does not show up for pre-paid journeys.
    • No refund is made for cancellation of a booking with less than 24 hours notice provided or afterward.
    • Please note that some calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
